The 10-minute YouTube video covers everything from Hembrow’s first contractions at home to the moments after she gave birth to her daughter Posy.
Hembrow – who rose to social media fame in 2014 by documenting her first pregnancy – gave birth to her third child on June 19.
Posy is her first child with fiancé Matt Poole, 32. She has two children, Wolf, six, and Saskia, five, with her ex, Reece Hawkins.
The video of the birth story, posted to YouTube on Tuesday, began with a trigger warning saying it was “pretty intense” with “a lot of screaming and a little graphic.”
“I’m in labor; the birth control is already coming hard and fast,” the fitness star began, describing the movements as “quite painful.”
The mother-to-be was seen sitting on her shower floor, sipping water and relaxing with birth meditation.
At 12:30 pm, Hembrow arrived at the hospital, supported by Poole and her two sisters, Emilee and Amy.

In a voiceover, Emilee said the group stopped every few minutes because of the fitness star’s contractions.
“They’re coming so fast,” said 28-year-old Hembrow.
Poole said, “I’m excited, but I’m not there. Three mothers here; I’ll take the back seat.”
After arriving at her birth suite, Hembrow was seen in the shower before leaning on the bed.
“13:30 – We didn’t realize I was already in menopause; we started to feel like I couldn’t,” Hembrow captioned the video.

“My sister put the tens machine on me”.
A tens machine relieves non-medicinal pain by delivering a small electrical current to the body through electrodes attached to the skin.
According to the timestamp on the video, Hembrow wrote that her “body started to push” as she told the midwife, “I have a feeling the baby is coming.”
As the fitness star, her sisters, and the midwife discussed pushing, Hembrow captioned the clip: “I was confused because I was only 4cm and now felt the urge to push”.
After the midwife did a checkup, she told Hembrow that she was fully dilated.
“You’re right, Tammy—she’s coming now,” Emilee told her then.

“You’re going to meet your baby!” she added, supporting one of Hembrow’s legs.
The doctors arrived at the suite as the text read: “The baby’s heartbeat was abnormal”.
She wrote about pushing images of Hembrow: “They give me an episiotomy, and the baby’s shoulder is stuck behind my pubic bone (shoulder dystocia)”.
At 1:55 am, Posy was born, and Amy cut the umbilical cord.
“We did it – well, I did it,” Hembrow said in a separate clip after the birth.

She was in bed with Poole next to her.
‘But she’s there; that was intense. I can’t believe how painful that was. That’s our baby,” Hembrow said, rocking Posy.
The video ended with a final update a few hours later, where she said she was bleeding.
Travis Barker’s health emergency was revealed after the star was rushed to the hospital.
“It was quite scary and painful, and I lost almost two liters of blood, but the doctors had it under control within a few hours,” she wrote.
“Overall, I am so happy with the birth; the blessed girl is here and healthy”.

‘Feel so strong.’
Hembrow was praised by viewers in the comments for her “raw emotion, strength, and beauty” in the video.
“I cried when I saw this because it was raw and real; your sisters were amazing, supportive, and calming. Matt was probably shocked seeing it all, but you did a great job. Welcome to the world of Posy x,” said one comment.
Another said: “I’ve never had a baby, but this video’s raw emotion, power, and beauty are overwhelming.
“I thought it would scare me, but it did the opposite. I feel so empowered and in awe watching this video.
“Your support system in your sisters and Matt was wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this.”
A third said: ‘I don’t even have children, which made me cry. Women are so magical.”
